London, United Kingdom, January 5, 2005 -- Asbru Ltd. has released version 5.4 of the Asbru Web Content Management system designed to provide control for non-technical users while maintaining flexibility and power for technical users. The system already includes full WYSIWYG editing, collaboration, multi-language content facilities, an e-commerce add-on module and a community add-on module.

Version 5.4 now adds a new interface for easy integration of custom and third-party add-on modules and extensions. The interface can be used for example to access other web applications and online web services through a single website administration interface or to include content from other web applications, databases and online web services. The User Administration of the Asbru Web Content Management system offering has also been strengthened to provide organizations with time-dependent administration. Version 5.4 now incorporates scheduled user activation and expiration for time-limited user accounts for subscription services and for temporary website administrators.
