Features - Statistics
Easily Accessible Real-Time Statistics
Access
real-time website statistics directly from within the easy to use web
content management system. Select a time period and view website
statistics for the chosen period immediately. Analyse and compare
various aspects of the activity on your website from numeric data or
through colour coded graphs.
Summary Statistics
View
a high level summary of the activity on your website. View the number of unique visitors and the total number of
pages that have been viewed for your selected time period. View the average number of pages viewed by
each visitor and the average time spent on each page.
Drill Down to Content Section or Page Level Activity
View
your most popular pages overall or drill down and view the most
popular pages within each section of your
website. For example you may be interested in the most popular pages
in the gardening section of your website. Drill down even further to
the individual page level to see the number of visits for a particular
page and the pages visitors viewed before and after the selected page.
Monitor Media Activity
View
how many times each of your images or flash animations has been viewed and how
many times each of your files has been downloaded. Monitor who downloaded your files and who viewed
your images and flash animations. See which links from your media library are
being viewed most frequently.
Analyse Popular Paths
Analyse
how visitors typically navigate through your website with the
Navigation Paths report. The Navigation Paths report shows the number
of visitors who navigated from a certain page to another. Comparing
these navigation paths for all the pages on your website enables you to
analyse, which links visitors typically select when they are on a certain page.
Entry and Exit Pages
The entry report shows the number of visitors for each page where the
page is the first page of the visitor. The entry report thus provides
you with more information about where visitors
typically land when they enter your website.
The exit report shows
how many visits/visitors viewed a particular page as the last page.
Comparing these exit numbers between all pages enables you to pinpoint
pages that are not doing a good job in retaining visitors.
Registered Visitor Activity
Monitor
registered visitors' activity on your website. See which pages, files,
images and links they have viewed and how long they have spent on your
website. See which content your registered visitors viewed before they
logged into restricted areas of your website.
Track Website Referers
See the external
websites and the external web pages your visitors came from before they
entered your website. This data enables you to track how many
visitors your listings on external websites are generating and to see
which websites unknown to you may be linking to content on your website.
Key Phrases & Keywords
Analyse if you are getting the right exposure on search engines by
looking at which keywords and key phrases your visitors searched for
when a search engine referred them to your website. Choose to view the
top 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 keywords or key phrases. In addition you
can see which robots are visiting your website and how many pages they
are viewing.
Most Popular Products
See
how many visitors have viewed each of the products on your website. Choose to
view the top 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 1000 products. Compare the popularity of your
products through colour coded graphs. Please note that the Products report is only available
when you are using both the e-commerce functionality and the statistics functionality module.
Visitor Activity over Time
Follow
the development in traffic on your website over time. See the number of
visits daily, weekly, monthly or yearly over a specified period of
time. See at what time of the day or what time of the week or month
your website is most active and has the most number of visits.
Most Active Visitor Countries on Your Website
Analyse
if your website appeals to the right markets by viewing the number of
visitors from each country or from organisations, businesses, US
educational institutions or US governmental departments. Additionally
you can see the number of pages
viewed by visitors in each country.
Operating Systems and Browsers of Your Visitors
See
which operating systems and operating system versions your visitors are
using and how many visitors and page views you have from each operating
system version. See which web browsers and web browser versions your
visitors are using and how many visitors and page views you have from
each web browser version.
Website Statistics Configuration
Configure
the statistics
module to monitor only your required statistics to optimize performance
of
your website. Set how far back you want to analyse and save data. Data
beyond this period will be deleted automatically. If you are using the
statistics functionality in combination with the Small Business, Professional or Hosting
Edition you can also set
access restrictions on statistics so that only selected website
administrators are allowed to view statistics.
